Magnetic MRO to open new painting facility
Magnetic MRO will launch its new painting facility being built in Tallinn, Estonia, on 12th October 2017, in co-operation with Tallinn Airport.
This new facility will enable Magnetic MRO to provide commercial and VIP standard painting services. The addition of this new hangar will effectively increase the area dedicated to painting facilities from 2,000 sqm to 4,000 sqm. It will be equipped with a custom docking system which can be tailored to serve different types of aircraft; which will lead the facility to become one of a kind in the whole Baltic region.
The company will be able to perform up to 4 commercial A/C or 2 VIP aircraft painting per month accompanied by the advanced aircraft painting technologies, including Sherwin-Williams, AkzoNobel, PPG and Mankiewicz systems.
Design and construction of the new painting hangar still continues with a dedicated team. Along with the rental agreement signed, the company has already started to receive new demands from existing as well as potential customers.
