A man gets 14 years sentence for pointing laser at helicopter
A man in California (USA) named Sergio Rodriguez was recently sentenced to 14 years in prison for pointing a laser pointer beam at a police helicopter.
The sentence for Rodriguez is expected to be a warning to others. Rodriguez and his girlfriend have been found guilty using a high powered laser pointer to strike the helicopter cockpit in summer 2012.
