ANA Group has revised its operation plans for the rest of the year by introducing changes to flight schedules for two of its brands, All Nippon Airways (ANA) and Peach.
Japan’s largest airline group announced on August 19, 2025, that it was working to “improve customer convenience and profitability in the second half of the year”.
According to the company, ANA’s international flights will increase by 106% compared to the same period last year.
- From October 26, 2025, flights between Narita Airport (NRT) and Hong Kong Airport (HKG) will increase by three round trips per week, to seven round trips per week by March 28, 2026.
- From December 1, 2025, flights between Haneda Airport (HND) and HKG will be increased by seven round trips per week, to 14 round trips per week by March 28, 2026.
- From December 1, 2025, flights between NRT and Perth Airport (PER) will be increased by four round trips per week, to seven round trips per week until April 19, 2026.
- From December 1, 2025, two more round trips will be added per week between NRT and Mumbai Chhatrapati Shivaji Airport (BOM), for a total of five round trips per week until March 28, 2026.
- And between NRT and Brussels Airport (BRU), flights from March 2, 2026, will be increased to three times a week, every Monday.
Peach will increase flights on the following international routes:
- From January 1, 2026, the number of flights between NRT and Taiwan Taoyuan Airport (TPE) will be increased by seven round trips per week, for a total of 21 round trips per week until March 28, 2026.
- From December 26, 2025, to December 31, 2025, six additional round trips will be added between Kansai Airport (KIX) and TPE, bringing the total number of round trips to 27 per week.
AirJapan will continue to operate three routes from Narita Airport to Bangkok (BKK), Singapore (SIN), and Seoul (ICN).
Domestically ANA will increase the number of flights on popular routes such as HND to/from New Chitose Airport (CTS) in Sapporo and Fukuoka Airport (FUK). Peach will also increase the number of flights on its domestic KIX and FUK.
“In the domestic flight business, business demand has not recovered compared to pre-COVID-19 levels, and costs are increasing, making it difficult to generate profits. We will closely monitor the progress of discussions at the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism’s ‘Expert Panel on the Future of Domestic Aviation’ and work together with the public and private sectors to resolve issues facing the industry as a whole,” said ANA Group.
