Business aviation firm NetJets plans to build three new private terminals in the United States (US) and transition to a larger space at Donald J. Trump International Airport (DJT).

On October 12, 2026, NetJets said customers will see new terminals at Dallas Love Field (DAL) in Texas, Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) outside Washington DC and Colorado’s Rifle Garfield County Airport (RIL).

In Dallas, the NetJets-only complex will cover 114,000 square feet and is set to open in late 2028.

It will include a private terminal, developed in partnership with Signature Aviation, with a second NetJets Service Hub hangar, to accompany the existing maintenance hangar opened in 2021.

The Washington Dulles facility will see the first and second floors of an existing three-story Signature Aviation unit turned into a dedicated space of more than 14,000 square feet for NetJets customers.

Construction is scheduled to begin in early 2027 and will include lounge seating, a family room, and private VIP suites.

NetJets anticipates its new complex at Rifle Garfield County Airport will be operational by early 2027.

According to the company, a runway extension at Aspen/Pitkin County Airport (ASE) means RIL will become the key gateway to many of Colorado’s premier mountain destinations.

NetJets said the 6,000-square-foot terminal, built in partnership with Vantage Aviation, will be open ahead of the Aspen airport closure and will feature a new aircraft hangar.

At Donald J. Trump International Airport in West Palm Beach, the company is transitioning to a larger exclusive-use terminal with expanded accommodation, additional vehicle parking and increased dedicated ramp space for NetJets’ aircraft.

According to NetJets, DJT is its fourth-busiest airport and the new facility will increase capacity from 10,000 to 15,000 square feet.

“As Owner demand continues to grow across key business, leisure, and seasonal destinations, NetJets is investing in the infrastructure to deliver an unmatched experience while supporting the service and reliability our Owners expect where they fly most,” Patrick Gallagher, President of NetJets Aviation, said.
