Bombardier Business Aircraft announced strategic changes to its leadership team and organizational structure, to optimize functional alignment and strengthen the company’s customer experience. The changes will take effect immediately.

There are three major changes in the position of Vice Presidents of the company. Jean-Christophe Gallagher has been named as Vice President and General Manager of the Customer Experience team; Andy Nureddin as Vice President of Customer Support and Training; and Peter Likoray as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Jean-Christophe Gallagher, formerly Vice President of Strategy, Marketing and Innovation, has proven insight and marketing leadership skills to Customer Services and Support team. He will report to David Coleal, President of Bombardier Business Aircraft.

Andy Nureddin will be responsible for all aspects of customer support, including warranty administration, worldwide field support and customer care, technical publications and technical services, as well as the Business Aircraft training centers.

Bombardier has appointed François Cognard as Vice President of Sales, South-East Asia and Australasia, focusing on capturing growth and replacement opportunities in the regions of Australasia (Australia, New Zealand, the island of New Guinea, and neighbouring islands in the Pacific Ocean) and South-East Asia.
 

Gallagher and Nureddin will work closely together to build stronger relationships with customers, increase customer satisfaction and loyalty and accelerate the growth of the company’s aftermarket business.

Peter Likoray, formerly Senior Vice President of Sales, will lead the Sales and Marketing team to grow and capitalize on sales opportunities for Bombardier’s business aircraft. Likoray will continue to report to David Coleal.
