Boeing, 202 commercial aircraft deliveries in Q3 2017
Boeing announced the deliveries across its commercial and defence operations for the third quarter of 2017, revealing the total of 202 commercial airplanes deliveries and 44 deliveries connected to defence, space and security programs.
The company delivered 145 of its best-selling B737 planes. The second most-delivered aircraft type was B787 with 35 quarterly deliveries, followed by 16 deliveries of B777. B747 and B767 were delivered 4 and 2 times accordingly.
Among the items in the defence, space and security program category, the most delivered aircraft was remanufactured AH-64 Apache four-blade, twin-turboshaft attack helicopter with 15 deliveries in the third quarter 2017. Other major program deliveries during the third quarter and year-to-date, including deliveries under operating lease (which are identified by parentheses), were as follows:
