ONEflight International has suspended flight services while it reviews its operations, with more than $150 million in prepaid customer funds potentially at risk, according to Private Jet Card Comparisons.
The Colorado-based private jet charter broker confirmed the suspension on September 16, 2026. In a website notice reproduced by the publication, ONEflight said the pause would last “for the next 30 days, or until further notice” while it evaluates its business.
Private Jet Card Comparisons estimated the potential exposure based on ONEflight’s sales volume. The figure represents prepaid flying that could be at risk, rather than confirmed customer losses. ONEflight CEO Ferren Rajput told the publication that ONEflight does not hold customer funds in escrow.
ONEflight sells jet cards and arranges charter flights through third-party aircraft operators. Customers deposit money for future travel, and the broker pays operators to conduct the flights.
The suspension follows reports of payment difficulties and efforts to cut expenses. In earlier reporting, Private Jet Card Comparisons cited operators who said ONEflight had fallen behind on payments. Other operators reported no payment problems.
An internal email obtained by the publication acknowledged financial and operational issues. Rajput said the company was reducing spending on celebrity ambassadors and marketing after investing heavily to build its brand.
ONEflight had reported $232 million in revenue for 2025, up 90% from the previous year. Its BAJit advertising campaigns have featured businessman Robert Herjavec and former NFL quarterback John Elway.
In August 2026, the company announced a 35% surcharge on flight reservations for customers with contracted rates, citing rising industry costs. It withdrew the surcharge hours later following customer pushback.
Other charter companies have latched onto the controversy and begun offering incentives to ONEflight customers.
FlyUSA announced a program offering eligible customers a complimentary Gold membership, flights purchased without an advance deposit, and promotional credits equal to 20% of qualifying flight spending. The credits can accumulate up to the value of a verified stranded balance, subject to program conditions.
The offer requires customers to purchase additional flights. A customer with a $100,000 qualifying balance would need to spend $500,000 with FlyUSA to earn an equivalent amount in flight credits.
Amalfi Jets said it is waiving the usual $100,000 deposit for its Amalfi One jet card for current and former ONEflight members. That offer runs through October 15, 2026.
