Journalist – a natural person who professionally gathers, prepares, and provides editorial content to AeroTime.

Code of Ethics – this code of ethics published at with all amendments made and published from time to time.


  1. This Code of Ethics establishes fundamental ethical principles for Journalists of AeroTime, aimed at informing, educating, and reflecting public opinion or publicly known information as well as preparing editorial content.
  2. Journalists must adhere to the principles of objectivity, straightforwardness, justice, and professionalism while respecting human dignity and considering individual rights, freedoms, and laws.


  • Journalists must publish accurate, truthful information and diverse opinions, ensuring that opinions are expressed honestly and ethically without distorting facts or data.
  • Journalists must critically assess sources, rigorously fact-check, and use ethical and legal means when gathering and disseminating information.
  • When gathering information, Journalists must disclose their identity and never put pressure on the source or offer any compensation (in a direct or indirect manner).
  • Journalists must be professionally prepared, using proper language and culture.
  • Journalists should never seek awards from third parties or use professional information for personal gain.
  • Subject to applicable laws, each Journalist has the right to lawfully collect and disseminate information, and obtain it from state and municipal institutions, private individuals, and legal entities.
  • Each Journalist shall have a right to publicly criticize the activities of state and municipal institutions and their officials, as well as private individuals and legal entities.
  • The right to preserve the confidentiality of the information source and not to disclose it and the right to defend freedom of information shall be considered as fundamental rights.


  1. Journalists engaged by AeroTime may operate under two distinct arrangements: either as employees under an employment contract or by signing an authorship agreement with AeroTime. For those working under the authorship agreement, the specific rights, duties, and responsibilities shall be detailed and governed separately within the terms of that agreement, however, they may not contradict with this Code of Ethics.
  2. Journalists must act in the best interest of AeroTime and are committed not to abuse their current duties. They should avoid using their position for illegal financial gain, either for themselves or others, and refrain from disclosing confidential AeroTime-related information.
  3. AeroTime management is strictly prohibited from requesting Journalists to violate professional ethics, including this Code of Ethics, or applicable laws.
  4. Journalists are prohibited from demeaning the name and (or) business reputation of AeroTime. Journalists must steer clear of conflicts of interest between AeroTime and third parties. In the event of such situations, they should consistently seek guidance from their direct manager.


  1. AeroTime aligns itself with the best practices observed in Western countries, where principles such as freedom of speech and journalistic duty are upheld, and censorship is strictly prohibited. In line with the promotion of these values, AeroTime is committed to defending its journalists from unwarranted persecution and similar actions, upholding the principles of freedom of expression and journalistic integrity.


  1. Adherence to this Code of Ethics is essential for journalists. In the event of a breach of the outlined provisions, journalists employed by AeroTime may be subject to internal disciplinary measures, including reprimand, dismissal, and/or termination of the authorship agreement.
  2. Responsibility for violations of this Code of Ethics each time shall be considered and applied by AeroTime management.
