There is a variety of aviation centres located all over the world. Each of them has different qualities and strengths, and offers a selection of services. Aviation Voice has prepared a ranking of those aviation centres evaluating them against 18 performance indicators, which have been thoroughly calibrated by its data team. Lufthansa Aviation Training – Aviation Voice score 9.8

Formed from the merger of two leading flight training providers Lufthansa Flight Training and Swiss Aviation Training, the company offers a number of innovative solutions. It is a next level one-stop shop for all, airlines, pilots and cabin crews. Lufthansa Aviation Training has twelve centres in four countries across Europe and North America, which is considered the largest network of locations.

Lufthansa Aviation Training has 54 aircraft in 5 aerodromes with 73 simulators. There are 700 instructors working at the company, where the current number of students is 150.

CAE – Aviation Voice score 9.5

The civil aviation training centre CAE is a provider of a wide range of programs for pilots and airlines. With its global network of locations in Europe, India, Australia, USA and UAE, the company offers training on the widest coverage of in-production and in-service aircraft models. It also has a partnership with university to offer academic accreditation combined with pilot training.

CAE has 160 aircraft in 5 aerodromes with 250 flight simulators. There are 2 000 instructors working at the company, where the current number of students is 1 000.

BAA Training – Aviation Voice score 8.8

Formerly known as Baltic Aviation Academy, BAA Training is one of the biggest European standard aviation training centres and a family member of Avia Solutions Group, the largest aerospace business group from Central & Eastern Europe. BAA Training capable of delivering individually tailored, flexible training solutions for airlines, pilots and cabin crews. With locations in Europe and Asia, it is an internationally recognised company serving the clients from 96 countries.
