Frontier Airlines receives final two Airbus A320neos

The US aircraft leasing company Aircastle delivered the final two of four Airbus A320neo aircraft to the Denver-based low-cost carrier Frontier Airlines on August 19, 2021. All aircraft deliveries were made from Airbus final assembly plan in Mobile, Alabama. 

Newly-delivered Airbus A320neos are equipped with CFM LEAP engines. The Airbus A320neo aircraft has a range of 6,300 kilometers and a capability to seat up between 150 to 180 passengers in a typical two-class configuration. 

Currently, Frontier Airlines has a total of 70 Airbus A320neo aircraft in its fleet, Planespotters.net data shows. Adding to that, the low-cost carrier operates 21 Airbus A321-200s, 19 Airbus A320-200s, and one Airbus A319-100 aircraft.
