Ukraine International Airlines to launch Oslo route
Ukraine’s flag-carrier Ukraine International Airlines (UIA) will expand its network by adding new scheduled flights to Norway’s capital Oslo in summer 2022.
UIA will become Ukraine’s first carrier to start operations on this route beginning June 1, 2022. Flights will be operated three times a week from Kyiv Boryspil Airport (KBP) to Oslo Airport (OSL).
The airline will use its Embraer ERJ-190 aircraft, which are suitable for medium-haul flights, and will offer a two-class service: economy and business class.
The airline currently operates a total of seven Embraer ERJ-190 aircraft, according to Planespotters.net data. UIA’s fleet also includes 16 Boeing 737s and two Boeing 767 aircraft.
