Qatar Airways’ Boeing 777-300ER aircraft has been spotted in a new retro-styled livery at Toulouse-Blagnac Airport (TLS), France.
The Boeing 777-300ER aircraft, registration code A7-BAC, is 13.6 years old and entered service in August 2008, according to Planespotters.net.

The fresh retro-style livery is similar to Qatar Airways’ original livery when the airline was first founded. The repainted Boeing 777 features Qatar Airways’ classic burgundy colors and oryx on the tail. The aircraft engines are also adorned with the words ’25 years of Excellence’, a nod to the carrier’s years in service.
Qatar Airways started commercial operations in 1994 as a small regional airline. In 1997, the airline was relaunched with a vision to become a leading international airline.
According to Flightradar24.com, the aircraft arrived from Doha International Airport (DOH) to Toulouse-Blagnac Airport (TLS) on January 26, 2022.
TLS Airport is home to an Airbus manufacturing facility, which also houses the painting facility where the Qatar Airways’ Boeing 777 jet was supposedly repainted with the new livery.
Airbus and Qatar Airways have been embroiled in a dispute over paint job flaws on the Airbus A350 aircraft surface since late summer 2021.
