As AeroTime continues to mark International Women’s Day 2022, together with the one year anniversary of our Women in Aviation campaign, we want to take stock of where we are with leading women from the aviation and aerospace industry. We also want to consider how to accelerate progress towards gender equity. 

In our latest video montage, recipients of the AeroTime Aviation Achievement Award from across the world share their thoughts on how to encourage more women into aviation and describe the positive changes they’ve already seen in our industry.
