For the layman, the three newest European fighter jets – the Eurofighter Typhoon, the Dassault Rafale and the Saab JAS 39 Gripen – may look almost identical. They all have delta wings and canards instead of a conventional tail. Hence the name given to this generation of European fighters: Eurocanards. But how well do you know these aircraft?
