Air France has signed up the triple Michelin-starred French chef Dominique Crenn to create a new spring/summer 2024 season menu for passengers traveling in its premium and business class cabins.

Crenn has created 12 new original inflight dishes on aircraft departing from all Air France destinations in the United States (US).

Every month, Air France will offer two signature dishes in each cabin, including a vegetarian option and a fish dish, in addition to the rest of the menu.

Those in premium cabins can enjoy meals including lobster, pico de gallo and tea sauce or root vegetable mille-feuille with truffle sauce.

While in business class meal options available include Californian charbonnier with quinoa and marinière sauce or open ravioli, courgette and tomato, hazelnut and parmesan sauce.

Since February 1, 2024, these dishes have been available on departure from Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, New York-Newark, San Francisco and Seattle with more cities yet to be added.

“The only woman with three Michelin stars in the United States for her Atelier Crenn in San Francisco, Dominique Crenn is committed to developing inventive and poetic French cuisine for Air France customers, with a focus on local and seasonal produce,” Air France said.

Air France is also working with Julien Royer on departure from Singapore, Olivier Perret on departure from Canada, Jofrane Dailly on departure from La Réunion and Jean-Charles Bredas on departure from the French West Indies, French Guiana and on its regional Caribbean network.
