It seems that unruly flight passengers and customers have now taken their wrath from the air onto the road.

A tearful and visibly shaken American Airlines flight attendant took to social media to share her terrifying experience of being chased down the freeway by a woman who clearly had a grudge against the airline.

On TikTok, Elizabeth Braley recounted that she just finished working an international flight and was driving home. She noted that while driving she normally has music on in her car with her windows down, in order to destress.

Braley recalled that, on this occasion, a red sedan suddenly pulled in front of her Jeep and cut her off.

When Braley moved to another lane, the red sedan did the same thing again. Braley moved lanes twice more, and the red sedan pulled in front of her both times.

Braley noted that while all this was happening, she and the red sedan were going down the interstate at around 80 miles an hour.

After a brief chase, the red sedan pulled up next to Braley’s car, whereupon the female driver yelled, “F— your airline!” and started throwing rubbish from her car at Braley’s.

“I understand that American Airlines is struggling with operations right now. I understand that things can go wrong with flights, delays and cancellations, but I have nothing to do with that,” a tearful Braley lamented.

Braley proceeded to tell the angry driver that she simply works for the airline and pointed out reasons why working as a flight attendant at the moment is challenging, with issues including long hours, no contract and so forth.

In a subsequent video, Braley said that no one was hurt from the road rage incident, and that she did not think of involving the police.
