With these new additions, Emirates will be operating a total of 14 routes that offer Premium Economy.

Travelers can book Emirates’ Premium Economy seats between Dubai International Airport (DXB) to Sao Paulo Airport from November 19, 2023, on flight numbers EK261 and EK262, which will initially be available three times weekly, scaling up to daily flights by December 2023.

Premium Economy on flights from DXB Airport to Tokyo Narita can be booked on EK318 and 319. These will be daily flights as of December 20, 2023

The aircraft deployed on these routes are in a four-class configuration, featuring 56 seats in Premium Economy, located at the front of the main deck and laid out in a 2-4-2 configuration, in addition to 338 seats in Economy Class, 76 in Business Class and 14 First Class suites.

The airline declared that its Premium Economy offering has proven to be popular on the routes where the product has already been launched and, with travel demand soaring across Emirates’ expansive network, it is expected to appeal to those seeking a premium travel experience at a reasonable price point.
