Emirates has launched newly-designed loungewear for its Business Class customers for flights over nine hours long.
Starting from February 1, 2024, Business Class passengers will receive the complimentary inflight loungewear made of soft premium modal material, which is lightweight and breathable.
The “innovatively designed” loungewear set includes a relaxed cowl neck top and drawstring pants, comfortable slippers and a matching eye mask.
According to Emirates, the luxurious loungewear is designed to be the ideal ‘flight fit’ – perfect for sleeping in during flights, but also suitable to wear as a casual outfit to take you from aircraft to arrivals in style.
The athleisure-inspired loungewear is presented in a complementary drawstring pouch, with each set containing an adjustable loungewear top and pants, a pair of warm slippers and an eye mask.
Business Class customers on flights over nine hours will receive the full set with loungewear top and pants, slippers and eye mask. Those on flights with a duration of over 2 hours and 30 minutes will receive the complimentary slippers and eye mask sets.
Emirates announced that the new Business Class loungewear has been in development for more than a year, designed in-house by the airline. Prototype batches were subjected to a trial period on routes to and from John F. Kennedy New York Airport (JFK) to Boston Airport (BOS).
