The Airbus A220 is a five-abreast narrowbody family for the 100-160 seat segment, originally developed by Bombardier as the C Series and brought into the Airbus range in 2018. It is offered in two variants, the A220-100 and the longer A220-300, which share over 99% commonality and a single Pratt & Whitney PW1500G geared-turbofan engine type.
