Cebu Pacific has welcomed its 15th Airbus A330neo to its widebody fleet, with the Philippine carrier claiming it is the largest operator of the type in Asia.
The aircraft flew to Manila from Airbus’ facility in Toulouse, France, arriving on October 10, 2026.
It is the airline’s fourth aircraft delivery of the year and its first widebody delivery in 2026.
Delivery is the fourth of seven new-engine aircraft Cebu Pacific expects in 2026
Cebu Pacific expects to receive seven new-engine option (neo) aircraft in total for 2026.
With the latest arrival, neo aircraft now make up 78% of the airline’s jet fleet, with the airline working toward its goal of operating an all-neo fleet by 2030.
According to the airline, neo aircraft burn 15% to 20% less fuel per flight than previous-generation models and are significantly quieter, which also reduces carbon emissions.
Xander Lao, Cebu Pacific’s President and Chief Commercial Officer, said the delivery was an important milestone in the airline’s fleet modernization.
He pointed to the A330neo’s fuel savings compared with older aircraft and said the type gives the airline flexibility to serve a range of markets in and beyond the Philippines.
Fleet of 100 aircraft includes 15 A330s, 65 A320-family jets and 20 ATR turboprops
Cebu Pacific’s fleet now consists of 15 Airbus A330s, 27 Airbus A321s, 38 Airbus A320s and 20 ATR turboprops.
The airline says it operates one of the youngest fleets in the world and has the widest domestic network in the Philippines.
