The Gulfstream G700 is set to be one of the most anticipated executive jet industry debuts in 2023. 

As the jet approaches the final stages of its certification process, while surpassing some of its own performance targets, the American manufacturer has been busy showcasing the largest jet in its family. 

At AeroTime we have previously offered a glimpse of the G700, first from the latest EBACE trade show in Geneva in May 2023, and again from the Paris Air Show in June 2023, where two of the type were on display – one already prepared for its upcoming entry into service with Qatar Executive, the private aviation arm of the famous airline. 

A Who’s Who of the executive aviation industry is currently preparing for the largest gathering of the year, namely the NBAA trade show, which is taking place in Las Vegas, United States, from October 17 to 19, 2023.  

In the lead-up, we have taken an in-depth look at the Gulfstream G700 with the help of Scott Evans, Director, Demonstration, ACS & Corporate Flight Operations at Gulfstream. 

Evans gave AeroTime a full, detailed guided tour of the G700 cabin and cockpit, illustrating the role that the new jet will fulfill in the Gulfstream family and the commonalities across it.  

In addition, he also showed us the interior of the slightly smaller G500 jet.
