Aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) provider Joramco and German carrier Condor are to collaborate on a project for the first time, after signing a five-year agreement at MRO Middle East 2026

Under the new contract, announced on February 4, 2026, the engineering arm of Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) will provide heavy maintenance services across Condor’s all-Airbus fleet.

In a statement, Amman-based Joramco said that its engineers will perform base maintenance checks on Condor’s aircraft, in particular the Airbus A320ceo, A320neo and A330neo.

Joramco said that the new partnership highlights the company’s “growing reputation as a trusted global MRO provider,” delivering the “highest international standards”.

Fraser Currie, Chief Strategy and Commercial Officer at DAE Engineering, said: “We are thrilled to embark on this new partnership with Condor. Our commitment to operational excellence has positioned us as a partner of choice for airlines all over the world, and this long-term agreement is a testament to the trust airlines put in us. We look forward to building on this collaboration and exploring more opportunities to grow together.”

According to ch-aviation, Condor currently operates an active fleet of 48 Airbus aircraft, including 17 A330neos and 12 A321-200s. In November 2025, Condor bid farewell to its last Boeing aircraft, a 757-300, in order to focus solely on its Airbus fleet.

“We are delighted to enter into this strategic partnership with Joramco for heavy maintenance services across our entire Airbus fleet — the A330neo, A320/A321neo and A320/A321ceo”, said Heiko Holm, Managing Director and Chief Technical Officer at Condor.

He added: “Joramco’s strong reputation for quality and reliability perfectly supports our commitment to operational excellence, continuous improvement, and further development of our digital maintenance strategy.”
